Handmade Father's day gifts

For this Father's day, instead of the normal drawing and card, the kids made several gifts for daddy. Because of all the excitement, we actually give it to daddy on Friday instead of Sunday because it's close enough. :)

If you've been reading this blog, then you probably guessed that the hat J was working previously was for daddy. (That was about a consistent 1 and 1/2 week of hard work and daddy's favorite present.)
Here it is on daddy.
We also made the envelope to hold the card we made together for him.

the i-card idea is from here;
except we don't have a colored printer, so we drew and colored it in ourselves. Then J/W wrote phrases that had some relations with the icon on the i-touch.

Plus, a crown for daddy (got this idea here) because we love him so much! Lots of looking, cutting and pasting. But it is so worth the effort.

The kids did save their Happy Father's day performance as well the recitation of Psalms 1 1-6 on Father's day.

We love you, daddy!!! A very happy Father's day to you.
