This year is the first year we spent Turkey day just the 4 of us. Thank you God for a fabulous day! Thank God for safe travel and for providing everything for us. We are so blessed.
For the first time, we went to see the Turkey day parade. Oh, it was pretty cold, but we are thankful for all our warm clothes, mittens, and snow pants. Oh, it was crowded, but we are thankful people let us squeeze in to watch the parade. Oh, it was a long walk from where we parked to where the parade was, but we are thankful we all walked in good cheer. We are also thankful for a beautiful parade with just a dazzling amount of stuff to see. We are thankful everyone enjoyed the show and for the beads and candy we received. We even saw the duo called "nothing but strings" perform from America's Got Talent and singer Brandy. :)
After the parade, we went to eat at Hard Rock cafe. I'm thankful that we are able to enjoy a wonderful meal. The reason we went to H.R cafe is because J girl had always talked about it because a shirt my dear hubby has. Anyway, we were thankful for a place to chill out.
After we got home, we're thankful we have all the ingredients to make a traditional turkey dinner, with the turkey, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and organic sugar cookies . We are thankful everything turned out delicious and we have plenty of left over.
Thank you God for taking such good care of us and for making this holiday memorable.
